An iDEAL purchase charges €9.99 for Individual or €29.99 for Family immediately and automatically renews once each year at the same price until cancelled. Do I need a paid plan to start?

No. A free account gives you 2 shared safes, extending your safes yourself, and the same protection on your phone. You can move to Pro whenever you want.

How does the free trial work?

Eligible new subscribers get one month free. The trial converts to the yearly plan and renews automatically unless you cancel before it ends. Eligibility is decided separately by Mollie, Apple, or Google.

Can I cancel or withdraw?

Yes. Cancel from your dashboard, or from the App Store or Google Play if you bought there. EU customers can also use the model withdrawal form.
